Very enlightening though, I've suggested to my team that they should read it as well. We work in social services in the non-profit sector, this has great insights and tools to working with almost anyone. This used book was exactly as advertised and rec'd in the time frame promised. LOVE the book; am studying the Enneagram process and this book based on personality traits was a great addition, adding valuable insight.
My wife and I read through a few of the types discussed-- our own types-- and found them to be very insightful. The accuracy of the types was pretty spot on Warnings abound about not letting yourself think too tightly in your type, or putting others into a type box. It's a very good read and I would recommend.
I find her reading it on breaks and talking about how applicable it is to our team at work. The condition was good and I have no complaints. See all reviews.
